Norwich Community Centre
The Norwich Community Centre is a climate controlled community hall that can accommodate up to 522 people.
Being one of the largest halls in the Township, the auditorium is available for any size wedding reception, family reunion, anniversary, conference, convention, graduation ceremony, concert or show venue.
Access to our fully equipped kitchen, kitchenette and bar, complete with bartenders, can be arranged at the time of booking .
The Norwich Community Centre facilities are fully accessible.

On the day of your rental you will have access from 8:00 a.m. on unless other arrangements have been made prior to your rental date.
Candles may be used as long as they are placed in a glass holder that surrounds the candle and the flame.
Must have own Smart Serve trained bartenders – proof of valid certification must be submitted.
Yes, you must fill apply to the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) for a special occasions permit. You can either visit the LCBO outlet in Norwich for a copy of the application, or you can download at https://www.agco.ca/sites/default/files/1575e_sop_guide.pdf
No. The hall does not carry linens. You must bring in your own or rent them.
- Tables are to be cleared at the end of the evening.
- The kitchen and hall should be left as you found them.
- Everything must be out of the hall by 2:00 a.m. unless other arrangements have been made prior to your event.
Please make your caterers and decorators aware of these expectations.
The Auditorium is 62’ x 127’.

Rental includes set-up and take-down. A floor plan is due two weeks prior to the event date.

Our tables are 96”x 30”. We do have a very limited number of 72”x30” tables, if needed.
Balance is due before the rental occurs.
