PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Township of Norwich and the City of Woodstock will be considering a proposal to adjust their mutual boundary within the County of Oxford. The City of Woodstock proposes to expand its boundary effective January 1, 2025 to encompass lands in all or part of Lots 14 through 19 Concession 3 East Oxford, immediately to the south of the City of Woodstock. The area of land under consideration is outlined in the map shown below.
A Public Information and Consultation Meeting will be held on:
Date: Thursday, June 27, 2024
Time: 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. (a formal presentation of the proposal will be given at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.)
Place: Oxford Centre Hall, 505386 Old Stage Road, Township of Norwich

Any person or organization seeking further information or wishing to comment on the proposal may attend a Public Meeting or contact one of the offices listed below. Additional information can be found on the City of Woodstock website www.cityofwoodstock.ca or Township of Norwich website www.norwich.ca.
Any person or organization wishing to comment on these matters may also provide their views in writing to one of the offices listed below no later than Friday August 2nd, 2024. The Municipal Councils will deal with the matter at their respective regular or special meetings of Council in August, 2024.
